Tostadas

One of my all time favorite Mexican style dishes and not authentic by any means, but sure is delicious. . I love the crunch from the tostada followed by the savory ground beef and fresh vegetables; THIS IS THE ULTIMATE BITE. Feel free to customize the dish to how you like it. Ive swapped out the protein with ground turkey, used colby jack cheese instead of cheddar, and used salsa instead of hot sauce. Tostadas are such a fun family dinner where everyone can make their own and enjoy all together1
