Spicy Tuna Melt

Tuna melts are such a delicious and comforting meal. I love using sourdough as it compliments all the flavors of this tuna salad. Adding the corn is a must for me as it adds pops of sweetness to help balance out the flavors. Pepper jack cheese if my favorite as it adds a nice touch of heat. The pickled jalapenos just sends this recipe over the moon. Best of all, its all done in the airfryer…SCORE!
