Spicy Mayo Tuna Melt

Instructions:
Drain canned tuna and transfer to a mixing bowl- season with Japanese mayonnaise, sriracha, ponzu, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper- add corn and combine well.
Lighltly toast sourdough in airfryer at 370F for about 1 minute
Remove from air fryer and add a layer of seaweed snacks followed by a few spoonfuls of tuna mixture- spread evenly. Top with Colby jack cheese slices.
Place tuna melts back into airfryer and airfry at 370F for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted through.
Remove from air fryer and garnish with more japanese mayo, sriracha, and furikake.
