Spicy Mayo Tuna Melt

What you’ll need:

Servings: 2

  • 2 slices of sourdough bread

  • 6oz canned drained tuna

  • 1 tsp japanese mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp sriracha

  • 1/2 tsp ponzu

  • 1/4 tsp sesame oil

  • salt

  • black pepper

  • 2 tsps corn kernnels

  • seaweed snacks

  • 2 slices Colby jack cheese

  • furikake

Instructions:

  1. Drain canned tuna and transfer to a mixing bowl- season with Japanese mayonnaise, sriracha, ponzu, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper- add corn and combine well.

  2. Lighltly toast sourdough in airfryer at 370F for about 1 minute

  3. Remove from air fryer and add a layer of seaweed snacks followed by a few spoonfuls of tuna mixture- spread evenly. Top with Colby jack cheese slices.

  4. Place tuna melts back into airfryer and airfry at 370F for about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted through.

  5. Remove from air fryer and garnish with more japanese mayo, sriracha, and furikake.
