Salt and Pepper Garlic Jalapeno WINGs

Instructions:
*Make sure all protein/veggies are washed and patted dry
Place chicken wings in mixing bowl and season with fish sauce, oyster sauce, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and five spice powder. Mix well and set aside.
Mince garlic and slice jalapenos- set aside.
Place chicken wings on a wired rack and bake in a preheated oven at 375F for about 45-60 minutes— make sure to flip halfway through cook time
OR airfry at 400F for 20 minutes— flip halfway
While chicken is cooking, prepare garlic jalapeno mix— Add some olive oil to a skillet pan on medium-high. Once pan is heated through add in garlic and jalapeño and stir fry until garlic gets slightly golden and crispy and jalapenos have some color. Remove from pan into a bowl-set aside.
Once chicken is completley cooked through—heat up a wok and add some olive oil. once wok is heated though add in cooked chicken, followed by garlic jalapeno mixture— continue tossing until chicken and garlic jalapeno mixture is combined well. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Once garlic jalapeno chicken is in a mixing bowl— season right away with flakey salt and white pepper— toss to combine
Transfer to a serving dish and enjoy !
