Pumpkin Creamcheese Caramel Apple Board

If you’ve been following me for awhile, you already know I LOVE A SNACK BOARD. Fall is definitely in the air here in San Diego with the weather starting to get in the cool 60’s. (YES, that is cold for us here lol). What better way to bring in spooky season with a pumpkin cream cheese CARAMEL APPLE board?! This is perfect for scary movie night, taste great with green apples as dippers, or even use it as a spread on a toasted bagel for breakfast! I hope you enjoy this one as much as my family and I did !

What you’ll need:

Servings: 2-3

  • 3 green apples

  • 4oz whipped cream cheese

  • 2 tsps pumpkin puree

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

  • caramel sauce

  • 1 tsp crushed pecans

  • flakey salt

Instructions:

  1. Start off by preparing pumpkin creamcheese- In a large mixing bowl, add in whipped cream cheese, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, and brown sugar. Mix well.

  2. To your board, add dollops of the cream cheese mixture in spoonfuls next to each other until board is covered.

  3. Next, sprinkle some cinnamon and nutmeg on top

  4. Then drizzle caramel sauce to your desired taste

  5. Finish it off with crushed pecans and flakey salt!

  6. Enjoy right away with fresh cut green apples!
