Pull-Apart Cheesey Garlic Ciabatta Bread
This Cheesey bread is so fun to share and eat . The seasoned garlic butter is flavorful and so delicious . Im using store-bought ciabatta bread, but you can honestly substitute with any other breads such as French baguette, sourdough, or even brioche for something sweeter . Its delicious on its own, but elevate it by serving with your favorite pasta or marinara sauce . Let me know if you try it and how you liked it ! This would also be such a great appetizer to bring to thanksgiving or any potluck !
Instructions:
Start off by slicing 1 in thick slices into ciabatta bread, but careful to not slice all the way through . Turn ciabatta bread and continue slicing long ways (be careful to not slice through again) until bread has bite sized pull-apart pieces .
Make garlic butter sauce by combing on stick of salted butter, clean chopped parsley, minced garlic cloves, black pepper, onion powder, and honey . Microwave for about 30 seconds or until butter is melted and stir well to combine .
Place ciabatta bread loaf one top of a large piece of aluminum foil and create a “boat” by bringing up all the sides .
Next, stuff the bread pockets with shredded mozzarella and slowly pour in garlic butter mixture . Be sure to open up the pockets with your fingers to make sure garlic chunks and parsley fall through the pieces evenly .
Carefully place loaf into airfryer and Airfry at 350F for about 10 minutes . You can also bake loaf at 350F for about 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden .
Once loaf is cooked to your liking, transfer to a serving dish with marinara dip on the side . ENJOY !
