Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus

One of my family’s all time favorite side dishes or perfect as an appetizer! We could proudly eat it as a meal haha. I usually make them in the air fryer because its super easy and done in less than 10 minutes The salty proscuitto pairs so well with the crispy asparagus! I love the smokiness that proscuitto adds.

What you’ll need:

  • 2-3 lbs fresh asparagus

  • 12oz package of proscuitto

  • olive oil

  • onion salt or garlic salt

  • black pepper

  • Parmesan

Instructions:

  1. Start off my rinsing and pat dry asparagus

  2. Bend and snap off lower inedible portion of asparagus

  3. Season asparagus with 1 tsp olive oil, onion salt and pepper to taste

  4. Wrap 3-4 asparagus in proscuitto and repeat until done

  5. Air fry at 400 for about 7-10 minutes, flip half way though

  6. Garnish with fresh grated parmesan

  7. Enjoy right away !
