Pizza Bombs

These pizza bombs were inspired by Disney California adventure’s pizza baos from their lunar new year celebration— except they were underwhelming, so I decided to recreate an easy airfryer version at home and it was a hit ! Feel free to customize the fillings to your own liking— if you try this, tag me! LOVE YOUR FOODIE PHOTOS (:

What you’ll need:

Servings: 4-6

  • 1 can premade biscuit dough

  • cheese of choice

  • pepperoni

  • basil

  • marinara sauce

Instructions:

  1. Start off by popping can of biscuit dough open and remove from packaging. Take one biscuit at a time and separate in half so that you’re left with two pieces. Using your fingers, flatten each piece out creating a larger surface for fillings.

  2. Layer down some pepperoni and a cheese slice/block of cheese and some basil. Take the other flattened out biscuit and layer that on top covering the fillings. Take a fork and crimp down to close the pocket and create a pretty outer rim. Continue until all biscuit dough is gone.

  3. Preheat your airfare and airfry pizza bombs at 330F for about 10-12 minutes and be sure to flip them halfway through cook time.

  4. Transfer to a serving dish and serve with marinara on the side for dipping. Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying!
