One Pan Pasta Bake

Need a quick weeknight meal that’s SUPER easy, delicious, and done in less than an 45 min. ?— I got you. All you need is one baking dish and you’re set, LETS GOOOO.

Feel free to substitute the protein and add veggies !

What you’ll need:

Servings: 6-8

  • 1 box uncooked pasta

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 2 cloves chopped garlic

  • dried Italian seasonings

    -rosemary, oregano, basil

  • black pepper

  • 1 cup frozen meatballs (quartered)

  • 1 jar pasta sauce ( I like Rao’s)

  • 1 water filled jar (pasta sauce jar)

  • 1 tsp chicken bullion

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • chili flakes

  • parmesan cheese

Instructions:

*Preheat oven to 425F

  1. To a 9x 12 baking dish, add in uncooked pasta, olive oil, chopped garlic, dried Italian seasonings, black pepper, and mix well.

  2. Add in frozen quartered meatballs

  3. Add in jar of pasta sauce

  4. To the same empty pasta sauce jar , fill up with drinking water about 3/4 of the way and add in chicken buillion — close with the lid and give it a good shake to mix. Pour into baking dish and give everything a good mix.

    *You can also sub with chicken or vegetable broth here

  5. Place dish into preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until pasta is al dente.

  6. Once pasta is cooked to your liking, give it a good mix and top with shredded cheese. Broil for about 3 minutes or until cheese to melted through and bubbly.

  7. Remove from oven and garnish with grated parmesan and chili flakes. Let cool for about 15 minutes before enjoying!
