Lousiana Style EGG BOIL
Okay, so when I saw this trending all over my feeds, I knew I had to recreate my own recipe! Im a firm believer in measuring with your soul(haha), but I tried my best to give you estimates of what I used! Louisiana has a special place in my heart when it comes to the foodie scene. I especially love crawfish boils! The hard boiled eggs pair so well immersed into the sea of butter and cajun spices!! The dish is beautiful and will sure be a neck breaker at your next function. Add ramen noodles and your life will be forever changed.

Instructions:
To a sauce pan on med-high heat, add a bit of olive oil and stir fry garlic (and onion) until fragrant
Add in stick of butter and stir until melted
Lower heat to med-low and combine spices and cook through until garlic(and onion) is translucent
Once thickened add lemon juice
Add eggs in whole or cut in half for a beautiful presentation
Enjoy right away!
