Cajun Salmon Fillets
This was inspired by my cajun salmon bites with tomato salad!! Check out the video here. I recreated the exact same recipe, but at a larger scale and it turned out scrumptious. The salmon is the perfect foundation to hold the incredible flavors of cajun spices; The mayonnaise is a must; It holds all the juiciness in, while creating a crispy texture on the outside— This bite will get you obsessed with cooking with mayo. Pair it on top of a refreshing tomato salad, or with some rice and you got yourself 5 star meal!
