Jalapeno Popper Toast

What you’ll need:

Servings: 2

  • 2 slices sourdough bread

  • 4 tsps cream cheese

  • 2 slices thick cut bacon

  • 1 jalapeno

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Airfry bacon at 350 for about 8-10 minutes.

  2. Chop crispy bacon into small bits and set aside

  3. To a mixing bowl, comine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits until it is well combined.

  4. Spread cheese mixture evenly on top of sourdough

  5. Cut jalapeño into medium thin slices

  6. Place jalapeno slices on top, followed by more shredded cheddar cheese

  7. Airfry toast at 330 for about 5-7 minutes

  8. ENJOY right away !
