Jalapeno Strawberry Boozy Pop
What you’ll need:
Servings: 6
6 count (2.5fl oz each) popsicle mold
1 cup frozen strawberries
6 oz lime seltzer
3 oz lime juice
1 small jalapeno
fresh mint
tajin
2 oz tequila
Instructions:
Start off by adding frozen strawberries, lime seltzer, lime juice, and tequila to a blender and blend until combined.
Slice jalapeno into slices and pluck off mint leaves and wash/pat dry.
Add one jalapeno slice and mint leaf to each popsicle mold and fill up with strawberry mixture.
Freeze for at least 6 hours or until completely frozen.
TO enjoy, place frozen popsicle mold in warm water for about 5-10 seconds. It should slide off easy.
