Greek Style Protein Pizza

This ones for my laziesss who need a quick protein-filled lunch idea that’s easy and super flavorful. All you need is a can of chicken !!!

What you’ll need:

Servings: 1-2

  • 12.5 oz canned chicken (1 can)

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • black pepper

  • salt

  • 1 garlic clove (pressed)

  • 1/3 cup greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tomato (sliced thick)

  • 1 tsp dried dill (you can sub with fresh)

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

  • homemade chili oil or chili flakes

Instructions:

  1. Start off by removing and draining canned chicken and transfer to a large mixing bowl.

  2. Crack in one egg into chicken and season with onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

  3. Place chicken mixture on top of a parchment paper or airfryer liner and gently pressed down and create a round pizza crust shape with palms of hands .

  4. Airfry chicken crust at 400F for about 7-10 minutes.

  5. While chicken crust is air frying, prep sauce— add greek yogurt to a small mixing bowl and add in one pressed garlic clove, lemon juice, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper— mix well to combine and set aside.

  6. Once chicken crust timer is up, carefully remove from air fryer and assemble “pizza” but spreading greek yogurt mixture on top of chicken crust, followed by dried dill, sliced salt and black pepper seasoned tomatoes, and shredded cheese.

  7. Place pizza back into the air fryer at 400F for another 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted though.

  8. Remove chicken pizza and garnish with homemade chili oil or Chil flakes. cut into pizza slices and let cool slightly before enjoying !
