Even a black bean-hater would love these cwispy airfryer quesadillas— there’s just something about combining the textures that makes this the perfect bite. I love how this recipe is jammed packed with protein and even my picky kids love this one! The black beans are smoky, flavorful, and has a nice touch of spice. You can use any cheese that you’d like— today I used Colby jack, but i’m sure it would be delicious with Monterrey or even mozzarella. Love using greek yogurt for dipping sauce for extra protein!
