Delicious Airfryer Tofu

Freezing the tofu is essential; It will be more firm, absorbent, and chewier. Love the tang from the lemon juice in this one, and Dan-O’s seasoning has the perfect blend of spices making a super easy dish to prepare! Oh, can’t forget about the garlic dip… FIRE.

What you’ll need:

  • 16oz frim tofu (block)

  • 2 tsps lemon juice

  • 2 tsps Dan-O’s Seasoning

  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt

  • 1 garlic clove

Instructions:

  1. Start by prepping tofu block. This is a 1-2 day process, but WORTH IT.

    -Freeze entire tofu package for at least 8 hours.

    -Defrost tofu package in refrigerator overnight.

  2. Remove tofu block from package and press gently to remove excess liquid.

  3. Cut tofu block into bite sizes. I kept cutting in half until I had 16 pieces.

  4. Transfer tofu pieces to a mixing bowl and season Dan-O’s Seasoning and 1 tsp lemon juice.

  5. Airfry tofu pieces at 400 for about 20 minutes. Flip or “shake” halfway though.

  6. Transfer tofu pieces to a serving dish.

  7. Prepare dipping sauce

    -To a mixing bowl, combine greek yogurt, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 1/8 tsp Dan-O’s. Set aside.

  8. Place dipping sauce on the side of tofu serving dish.

  9. Enjoy right away!
