Crispy Airfryer Pork Belly

Honestly, the easiest and most delicious airfryer pork belly you’ll ever need. #CWISPY

What you’ll need:

Servings 2-4

  • 1 lb pork belly

  • salt

  • black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp five spice powder`

  • 1 T soy sauce

  • 1 T rice vinegar

  • chili flakes (optional)

  • 1-2 garlic cloves

Instructions:

  1. Start off by prepping pork belly

    -Rinse, pat dry, and cut into 2-3 cubes.

    -Transfer to a mixing bowl and season with salt, black pepper, and five spice powder. Mix well. Let marinate at least 10 minutes.

    -Airfry porkbelly at 400F for about 20 minutes

    -Remove from airfryer and let cool before slicing.

  2. Prepare dipping sauce

    -Combine equal parts soy sauce and rice vinegar.

    -Press or finely mince garlic cloves and add to sauce.

    -Add chili flakes for heat (optional)

  3. Slice pork belly into 1/8in slices (make sure to slice where all pieces show three layers of pork belly) and dip into sauce to enjoy!

  4. Enjoy as is, over a bed of rice, or as a lettuce wrap!
