Crispy Airfryer Chicken Wings

Since it was national chicken wing day a few days ago, I thought Id share one of my favorite and easiest way to make chicken wings crispy in the airfryer ! It honestly takes less than 30 minutes and chicken wings comes out so juicy, crispy, and flavorful !

What you’ll need:

Servings: 3-5

  • 5 lbs chicken wings

  • 2 tsps chicken bouillon powder

  • 3 tsps garlic powder

  • 3 tsps onion powder

  • salt

  • black pepper

  • 2 tsps sugar or honey

  • 2 tsps fish sauce

  • 1-2 tsps olive oil

  • 4 tsps baking powder

  • 4 tsps corn starch

Instructions:

  1. Start off by rinsing off chicken wings and pat dry . Place chicken wings in large mixing bowl .

  2. Season chicken wings with chicken bouillon powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, sugar, fish sauce, and olive oil . Mix to combine .

  3. Now add in baking powder and cornstarch . Mix again to combine .

  4. Transfer chicken wings to airfryer and lay skin side down . Airfry at 400F for 10 minutes .

  5. Flip chicken skin side up and Airfry for another 10-15 minutes or until chicken wings are golden and cooked through .

  6. Transfer cooked chicken wings to a serving dish and ENJOY !

    *I love serving up these wings with my papaya salad and sticky rice . SO GOOD !
