Banana Nut Butter Spinach Protein Smoothie

This is one of my favorite on-the-go breakfast smoothies! I like adding nut butter, spinach, and protein powder so that way I feel full for hours before lunchtime. The spinach is a great additional and gives the smoothie its green color; bonus you cant even taste it! Try this one out if you’re in need of a quick and delicious breakfast idea!

What you’ll need:

Servings- 1

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/3 cup baby spinach

  • 1 tsp nut butter

  • 1 scoop vanilla bean protein powder

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions:

  1. Add frozen banana, baby spinach, but butter, protein powder, almond milk, and ice to a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth. About 2-3 minutes.

  3. Pour smoothie into a drinking glass

  4. Enjoy right away!
