Salt and Vinegar Garlic Wings

IF YOU ARE A SALT AND VINEGAR CHIP FAN, YOURE GOING TO LOVE THESE WINGS. PERIODT.

What you’ll need:

Servings: 2-3

  • 1 lb chicken wings

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 2 tsp ranch seasoning

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • flakey salt

  • black pepper

  • 1/3 cup vinegar

  • 1-2 garlic cloves

Instructions:

  1. Start off by prepping chicken wings

    -RInse and pat dry

    -Transfer chicken to a mixing bowl and season with garlic powder, onion powder, 1 tsp ranch seasoning, baking powder, and black pepper.

    -Airfry at 400 for about 20-25 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165F.

  2. While chicken is air frying, prep sauce;

    -Add 1/3 cup vinegar to a separate mixing bowl

    -FInely mince or press garlic into vinegar

    -Add 1 tsp ranch seasoning and mix well.

    -Season with salt to taste (be careful with salt here as we will be salting chicken wings hot out of the airfryer.)

    -Taste and adjust, set aside.

  3. Once cooked through, transfer chicken wings right away to a mixing bowl while they are still hot.

    - Add half of our vinegar dip (save other half for extra dipping).. Toss to coat.

    -Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle generously with flakey sea salt

  4. Serve right away with extra sauce on the side1
