Parmesan Chicken

! I honestly had a hard time naming this recipe because its literally so simple, yet delicious to make. There are so many different variations of “parmesan chicken”, and I’m sure Giada’s reading this and is probably thinking this aint it (lol). When you first take a bite of this juicy chicken, the first thing that pops into your head is “wow that was so crispy and juicy at the same time”, and the second thing that pops into your head is “PARMESAN”. So there is my back story, and well just keep it at that! Serve this up with that delicious green goddess inspired salad and you got yourself a easy weeknight meal!

What you’ll need:

Servings: 2-3

  • 2 large chicken breats

  • 2 T mayonnaise

  • 2 T lemon juice

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion salt

  • salt and black pepper to taste

  • parmesan

Instructions:

  1. Start by prepping chicken breasts. Rinse and pat dry.

  2. Slice chicken breasts in half by butterflying

  3. Season chicken breasts with mayo, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion salt, and salt/black pepper to taste

  4. Air fry at 390 for about 15-20 mins. Make sure internal temp reaches 165. (Time will vary depending on size of chicken breasts and brand of air fryer .)

  5. Transfer to serving plate and top with ALOT of freshly grated parmesan cheese!

  6. Enjoy with a salad and YUM!
