Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Shaken Espresso

OKay, Starbucks launched new drink for springtime and it sounded so delicious that I HAD to remake it at home; Not going to lie, this recipe is now one of my favs! I used my Nespresso machine to make the espresso. Starbucks uses a blonde roast (strong brew), so I decided to use the '“iced leggero” pod and it fit perfectly with the taste and undertones of the “toasted vanilla”. The Torani smores syrup really gives this drink that nice “toasted” flavor. Try this one out, you’d be pleasantly surprised of how easy it is to make your own version at home!

What you’ll need:

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened vanilla oat milk

  • Torani sugar free vanilla syrup

  • Torani sugar free smores syrup

  • 2-3oz of fresh brewed espresso

  • shaker or mason jar w/lid

  • ice

  • 1 tsp sugar free vanilla creamer (your choice)

  • aerochinno frother or manual frother

Instructions:

  1. Prepare your freshly brewed espresso and set aside

  2. Prepare cold foam by combining oat milk and one pump each other Torani vanilla and Torani Smores syrups. Set aside. (use about 1 tsp each if you don’t have pumps).

-If using Aerochinno, let froth on cold setting

-If using manual frother; froth until nice and foamy about 1-2 minutes

  3. Transfer fresh brewed espresso into shaker or mason jar with ice. Shake vigorously until espresso is foamy. About 30 seconds.

  4. To your serving cup, add new ice and strain espresso on top.

  5. Pour cold foam over

  6. Add creamer

  7. Stir until well combined

  8. Enjoy !
