The Viral Cesar Salad Chicken Crust Pizza

Here’s my take— done in the airfryer of course (:

What you’ll need:

Servings: 2

  • 12.5oz canned chicken

  • 2 tsps onion powder

  • 1-2 tsps italian seasonings

  • 1/2-1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1 egg

  • parchment paper or airfryer liner sheet

  • chili flakes (optional)

  • 1 tomato (sliced)

  • salt

  • black pepper

  • lemon juice

  • parmesan cheese

  • romaine lettuce (chopped)

  • cesar dresssing (store-bought)

Instructions:

  1. Start off by opening and draining canned chicken and transfer to a mixing bowl .

  2. Season chicken with onion powder, italian seasonings, egg, and shredded mozzarella . Mix well to combine .

  3. Place chicken mixture on top of parchment paper or airfryer liner sheet and shape into a “pizza crust” shape . *The thinner the chicken crust— the crispier it will be)

  4. Place airfrfyer liner sheet with chicken crust pizza into airfryer and Airfry at 400F for 15-20 minutes— be sure to flip halfway

    *Easiest way to flip is to use a flat plate and just put the pizza crust on top upside down— remove airfryer liner sheet— pick up plate and flip over back into airfryer liner sheet

  5. While chicken crust is air frying— season sliced tomatoes with lemon juice, salt, and black pepper . Lightly dress chopped romaine lettuce with Cesar dressing .

  6. Once chicken crust is warmed though and crisp — let cool slightly before dressing pizza.

  7. Dress pizza— spread an even amount of caesar dressing, add seasoned tomatoes, and lightly dressed chopped romaine lettuce . Garnish with parmesan cheese and black pepper. (chili flakes optional)

  8. Use a pizza cutter to slice into 4 even slices and enjoy !
