Seaweed Tuna Bites

This is one of my favorite tuna salad recipes!! Don’t judge a book by its cover; This looks super simple, but it’s don’t be fooled. The savory flavors of spicy mayo combined with the surprise sweetness from the pops of corn is out of this world. Grab a spoonful and enjoy of crispy seaweed! Or pair it with your favorite crackers, in a sandwich, or even on top of rice (yes that good). Not your ordinary Tuna salad.. you need this recipe in your life..

What you’ll need:

  • 24oz of canned tuna (or substitute with shrimp!)

  • 2 tblsp mayonaise

  • 2 tblsp sriracha

  • 1/2 cup corn

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • sea weed sheets

  • jalapeno (optional)
