Charcuterie Skewers

These charcuterie skewers are the perfect appetizer to bring to holiday function without worrying about cross contamination. I love serving them up with my favorite cured meats, cheeses, and fruits. Pair them with baguettes or crackers in single serving cups!! The only thing I’m missing personally is the creamy brie; but ill save that for a post pandemic party (haha).

What you’ll need:

Serving is based on how many people you’re serving. Average is about 3-6oz of cured meats per one person. All of these ingredients can be adjusted or swapped out with your favs.

  • Salami

  • Proscuitto

  • Capicola

  • Smoked sausage

  • Pepperoni

  • Swiss cheese

  • Jalapeno pepper jack

  • Apples

  • Grapes

  • Olives

  • Baby dills

  • Crackers

  • Baguettes

“The perfect pandemic appetizer!!”

Instructions:

  1. Prepare all of your items

    -Rinse and dry fruits

    -Cut cheeses/ smoked sausage

    -Pat dry olives/ baby dills.

  2. Have fun! Grab your skewer and start randomly alternating between different meats, cheeses, and fruits.

    -Tip: fold your salami and pepperoni into cute “roses” by folding in half, and then in half again.

  3. Arrange skewers onto serving board

  4. Place crackers, baguettes, any dips on side with proper serving utensils.

  5. Enjoy with your favorite wine paring!
