Salt and Pepper Tofu

Tofu is either a hit or miss. I see it as a blank canvas that you can use to create your own masterpiece. The cumin is my secret weapon here. It adds a smokey, almost “meaty” undertone that will make you question if you really are eating tofu or not. I’m a huge fan of tofu and I also love challenges. Most people I know tell me they don’t like it because of the texture and how bland it is. Ive made this recipe for the most pickiest eaters and they are now believers.. The salty and umami flavors that this recipe brings is one of a kind. It’s crispy and airy with all the right flavor notes that will make you wish you had made double.
