Pink Wings

Love this recipe when i’m feeling lazy, yet I want to please my guests palette! Its sooo easy and always comes out delicious! Serve with some rice, vegetable kabobs, or my fav—papaya salad !

What you’ll need:

Servings: 6

  • 4 lbs chicken wings

  • 4 tsps Chinese bbq char sui (pink seasoning)

  • 2 tsps fish sauce

  • 3 tsps oyster sauce

  • 2 tsps chicken bullion

  • 2 tsps ground ginger

  • salt

  • black pepper

Instructions:

*Make sure all protein/veggies are clean and pat dried

  1. Place all chicken in a large plastic bag and season with Chinese bbq char sui seasoning, fish sauce, oyster sauce, chicken bullion, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper. Combine well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. *Airfry at 400F for about 20 minutes -flip halfway through cook time

    ORRRR

    *Bbq on medium-high heat about 20-30 minutes, flip occasionally .

    *Bake in a preheated oven at 375F for about 45-60 minutes. Flip halfway through cook time

  3. Transfer cooked chicken to a serving plate and enjoy !
