Pesto Steak Lettuce Wraps

This is the easiest, delish, and most refreshing lunch ever— I literally just used frozen pesto I bought from Costco ! Feel free to use homemade if you’d like. The steak paired with tomatoes and pesto is a match made in heaven. If you try this, let me know how you like it!

What you’ll need:

Servings: 3

  • 2-3 pounds of rib-eye steak

  • 2 tsps onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • 2 tsps paprika

  • 2 tsp honey

  • salt

  • black pepper

  • romaine lettuce

  • tomatoes (sliced)

  • store bought pesto

Instructions:

  1. Start off by adding thinly sliced steak to a large mixing bowl and season with onion powder, oregano, paprika, honey, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine and set to the side.

  2. Heat up a large skillet pan and add some olive oil. Once pan is heated through, add in steak and let sear on one side for 30 seconds - 1 minutes, or until steak has some color. Continue stir frying until steak its cooked to your liking and transfer to a serving dish.

    • You can also airfry steak in one even single layer at 400F for about 5 minutes

  3. To assemble, take one clean romaine lettuce leaf, followed by some thinly sliced tomatoes, cooked steak, and drizzle some pesto on top.

    • Add some chili flakes for a kick of heat !

  4. Enjoy right away !
