Pesto Steak Lettuce Wraps
This is the easiest, delish, and most refreshing lunch ever— I literally just used frozen pesto I bought from Costco ! Feel free to use homemade if you’d like. The steak paired with tomatoes and pesto is a match made in heaven. If you try this, let me know how you like it!
Instructions:
Start off by adding thinly sliced steak to a large mixing bowl and season with onion powder, oregano, paprika, honey, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine and set to the side.
Heat up a large skillet pan and add some olive oil. Once pan is heated through, add in steak and let sear on one side for 30 seconds - 1 minutes, or until steak has some color. Continue stir frying until steak its cooked to your liking and transfer to a serving dish.
You can also airfry steak in one even single layer at 400F for about 5 minutes
To assemble, take one clean romaine lettuce leaf, followed by some thinly sliced tomatoes, cooked steak, and drizzle some pesto on top.
Add some chili flakes for a kick of heat !
Enjoy right away !
