Maple Sriracha Wings

What you’ll need:

Servings : 3

  • 2-3 lbs chicken wings

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • salt

  • black pepper (optional)

  • 1 tsp white pepper

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 4 tsps sriracha (depends on spice level)

  • sesame seeds

Instructions:

*Rinse and pat dry chicken wings

  1. Transfer chicken wings to a large mixing bowl and season with garlic powder, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and white pepper. Mix well.

  2. Airfry chicken wings at 400F for about 20 minutes. Flip halfway.

    *Make sure chicken wings are in one even single layer

    *You can also bake chicken wings in a preheated oven on a wired rack at 375F for about 45-60minutes.

  3. Make maple sriracha glaze by combing maple syrup and sriracha . (Add more sriracha if you like heat). Add a pinch of salt and mix well. Set aside.

  4. Once chicken is cooked though remove from airfryer and transfer to a serving dish.

    • You can either brush chicken wings with glaze using a basting brush— (serve with extra sauce on the side)

    • OR toss chicken wings with sauce in a mixing bowl if you like your wings super saucy

  5. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy right away!
