Maple Soy Brussels Sprouts

This is such a simple, yet delicious way to have Brussels sprouts; AND it took about 10 minutes to prepare! The soy sauce and maple syrup compliment each other perfectly; not to mention the caramelization that the maple syrups leaves; the garlic powder and white pepper adds the extra oomph to make this recipe worth trying!

What You’ll Need:

Servings: 3

  • 1 lb brussels sprouts

  • 2 tsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp white pepper

  • flakey salt

Instructions:

  1. Prep brussels sprouts

    -Rinse, pay dry

    -Trim off ends and cut in half longways

  2. Transfer Brussels sprouts to a mixing bowl and season with soy sauce, maple syrup, garlic powder, and white pepper. Mix well.

  3. Airfry brussels sprouts at 400F for about 10 minutes, toss halfway though.

    *If your aifryer is heats up really hot, or your using less Brussels sprouts, airfry at 375F for about 12 minutes and toss halfway through. .

  4. Transfer brussels sprouts to a serving dish and sprinkle flakey salt on top while they’re hot.

  5. Enjoy right away!
