Liquid IV- Watermelon Coconut Lime Pops (Hangover Pops)

Ive been making boozy pops for the past couple weeks and I thought WHAT IF there was a “hangover” pop to help hydrate you?! BAM, my hangover pop was created1 These hydration popsicles are perfect for a hot day just to keep you nice and hydrated; It also is great for mornings where you’ve had to much alcohol to drink and need some electrolytes to get you up and going. The flavors and possibilities are endless; I used watermelon flavored Liquid IV and paired it with sugar free organic coconut water and fresh lime slices for a nice pop of freshness. Im forever will be having these on hand in my freezer! !

Instructions:

  1. Start off by cutting lime into thin slices, Set aside.

  2. To a mixing bowl, add 1 cup coconut water and 1/2 packet of liquid IV and mix well until powder is completely dissolved. (If you’d like to use entire packet of Liquid IV, combine with 2 cups of coconut water)

    *The half packet measurement of Liquid IV is based off my 6x 2.5ml popsicle mold

  3. Add one slice of lime to each popsicle mold and fill up with coconut water mixture

  4. Freeze for at least 6-8 hours

  5. To remove popsicle from mold easily, just rinse mold under room temperture water for 10 seconds; it should pop right out! ENJOY!
