Jalapeno Garlic Wings
These jalapeno garlic wings stay in a weekly rotation in my kitchen. I ALWAYS have to double up this recipe whenever I make it because my family wants leftovers for the next day. The stir fried garlic and jalapenos add a nice smokiness to this dish. I love how versatile this recipe is as Ive made a similar version to it with crispy tofu and shrimp! Baking powder is the secret weapon, please be sure to add it or else your wings won’t be as crispy!
