Corn Cheese

Do I even need to explain ? Two words— corn cheese .

What you’ll need:

Servings: 2

  • 8 oz canned corn

  • 2 tsps japanese mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp butter

  • salt

  • black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp sweetener or sugar

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1-2 green onions (chopped)

Instructions:

  1. Start off by draining canned corn and placing into a large mixing bowl.

  2. Season with japanese mayo, butter, sweetener, salt, and black pepper. Mix to combine.

  3. Heat up a large skillet pan on medium and pour in corn mixture. Stir fry until butter melts and everything is well combined.

  4. Lower heat to low and sprinkle on shredded cheese, followed by chopped green onions. Cover with lid for a few minutes until cheese is melted though.

  5. Once cheese is melted, turn off heat and enjoy right away!
