Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Bread

Looking for a last minute appetizer to take to a holiday potluck? This air fryer cheese pull apart garlic bread is sooo delicious, easy to make, and you can double the recipe and it’ll be ready in less than 30 minutes! What you’ll need:

Servings: 4

  • 1 can pre-made biscuit dough

  • 4oz unsalted butter

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1/8 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/8 tsp dried rosemary

  • 1/8 tsp dried thyme

  • 1/8 tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • fresh basil

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup store bought marinara for dipping

  • salt

  • black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Start off by “popping” can of pre-made store bought biscuit dough. Cut into fourths and transfer into a mixing bowl.

  2. Add butter, pressed garlic cloves, and Italian seasonings into a microwave safe bowl. Microwave seasoned butter until butter is melted through. About 1 minute. (Add salt and black pepper if needed to taste)

  3. Add melted seasoned butter into mixing bowl with biscuit dough, followed by half of shredded cheese. Combine well.

  4. Line air fryer with parchment paper or use an air fryer liner. Add in marinated biscuit dough into airfrfyer. Make sure biscuit pieces are in one even single layer. Airfry at 330 for about 7 minutes

  5. After about 7 minutes— flip biscuits over and top with cheese . Continue airfrying for another 5-7 minutes or until dough is completely cooked through.

    *you can also bake in a cast iron skillet in a pre-heated oven at 350F for about 15 minutes. (you can double layer the biscuits if using an oven)*

  6. Remove parchment paper entirely from air fryer with cooked garlic knots . Transfer to a serving dish and top with fresh chopped basil.

  7. Serve with marinara sauce on the side for dipping!
