Buffalo Ranch Cauliflower

This is such a perfect snack to satisfy buffalo wing cravings! The cauliflower is a great substitute and soaks in all the seasonings and sauces very well! This is definetley a keeper!

What you’ll need:

  • 1/2 head cauliflower

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/3 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1 T unsalted butter

  • 2-4 fresh thyme sprigs

  • parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Start off by prepping cauliflower

    -Cut into bite sized pieces

    -RInse and pat dry

    -Transfer to a mixing bowl and season with olive oil, ranch seasoning, and garlic powder. Combine well.

    -Airfry at 350 for about 10 minutes

  2. While cauliflower is air frying; make sauce

    -Combine buffalo sauce, butter, and fresh thyme leaves. (Make sure to remove thyme stems). Make sure butter is melted though and set aside. (I used the microwave for this step).

  3. Transfer cauliflower from aifryer into a mixing bowl and toss with the buffalo thyme sauce. (Make sure to receive some buffalo thyme sauce for dipping later).

  4. Transfer coated cauliflower back into airfryer and continue to airfry at 350 for about another 3-5 minutes or until cauliflower is cooked though and edges are crispy.

  5. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve with buffalo thyme sauce as an extra dip or with your favorite ranch/blue cheese dip!
