Breakfast Pizza Toast
Inspired by the original pizza toast recipe, but for breakfast (:
Instructions:
Start off by spreading a thin coat of mayonnaise to your bread— toast on a skillet pan on medium heat until golden and crisp. Set aside.
Heat up a clean skillet pan on medium-high heat. Once pan is warm through, add some chili onion crunch oil and crack one egg on top— be careful not to break yolk. Cook until egg white starts to barely set. Remove from heat and set aside.
Add some marinara to your toast and carefully place egg on top, then shredded cheese.
Carefully place dressed toast in airfryer and airfry on 350F for about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted through and egg yolk is cooked to your liking.
Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with fresh basil leaves. ENJOY!
