Bang Bang Brussel Sprouts

You can honestly put this “bang bang” sauce top of ANYTHING and it’ll taste good .

What you’ll need:

Servings: 4

  • 1 lb brussel sprouts

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp brown sugar

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • salt

  • black pepper

  • 3 tsps japanese mayo

  • 3 tsps sriracha

  • 3 tsps sweet chili sauce

  • furikake

Instructions:

  1. Start off by prepping Brussel sprouts- Rinse, pay dry, trim off ends, and cut in half longways.

  2. Transfer brussel sprouts to a mixing bowl and season with olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Combine well.

  3. Place seasoned Brussel sprouts to your airfryer basket and airfry at 375F for about 12 minutes or until Brussel sprouts are golden and crisp on the outside.

    *Make sure to toss your airfryer basket halfway to ensure all Brussel sprouts are rotated or flipped.

  4. While Brussel sprouts are arifrying, prepare “bang bang” sauce- To a mixing bowl, combine equal parts japanese mayonnaise, sriracha, and sweet chili sauce. Mix well and set to the side.

  5. Once Brussel sprouts are cooked through to your liking, transfer them to a serving plate and drizzle with the “bang bang” sauce.

  6. Garnish with frikake on top and ENJOY!
