Airfryer Breakfast Pockets

This is such an easy and delicious breakfast idea; I love that the fillings are completely customizable! I enjoyed with with sriracha hot sauce for dipping and YUM. I also feel like this recipe is pretty versatile too; I was thinking of creating a pizza pocket next time with pepperoni and mozarella! If you try this, tag me; I love seeing your foodie photos !!

What you’ll need:

Servings: 4-6

  • Can of premade biscuit dough

  • 4 eggs

  • turkey deli slices

  • block cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • fresh parsley (optional)

  • salt

  • black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Start off my cracking your eggs and seasoning with salt and pepper. Whisk to combine. ( reserve some beatened eggs for egg wash later)

  2. To a medium-hot pan, add beaten eggs and scramble for a minute and remove off heat. Continue scrambling until eggs are cooked to your liking. Transfer to a bowl.

  3. Cut turkey slices and cheddar cheese into squares. (I used double turkey slices in mine). Be careful not to cut cheese too thick or else it might be difficult to seal pockets later.

  4. Season the reserved egg wash with garlic powder and set aside.

  5. Prepare pockets- Split each biscuit dough down the middle and use fingers to flatten and stretch out as much as possible without ripping though dough.

  6. Assemble by adding some turkey, eggs, and cheese on one side. Grab the other biscuit piece and place right on top. Seal edges with fingers or use a fork if youre fancy. Continue until all pockets are made.

  7. Using a basting brush, brush the tops of each pocket with seasoned egg wash. (Add chopped parsley here if using)

  8. Place pockets in airffryer at 330F for about 10-12 minutes, flip halfway through cook time.

  9. Transfer to a serving plate and enjoy right away1
