Spicy Mayo Salmon Lettuce Wraps

Spicy mayo salmon lettuce wraps; need I say more? The salmon has this crispy outside exterior that holds in all the juiciness due to the mayonnaise crust. The spicy and sweet undertone from the sriracha is barley noticeable, but does the job perfectly. Lastly you get the slight nuttiness from the sesame oil that pairs so well with all the flavors. You can definitely enjoy this over a bed of steamed jasmine rice, with fresh vegetables, or you can be like me and turn it into a refreshing lettuce wrap! Promise you’ll love this one!
