Mango Boozy Popsicles

21+ only. This is going to be your favorite treat of the summer. I love how incredibly customizable these pops can be and so I decided to create a boozy popsicle series and what better way to kick it off by recreating my all time fave … chamango! Each bite is sweet from the mango, yet salty from the hints of chamoy and tajin. I used berry flavored vodka today because that’s all I had(they were still delicious), but could you imagine using a tamarind flavor vodka???!!! Be careful, these still contain alcohol, you just won’t be able to stop! !

What you’ll need:

Servings: 6

  • 6 pack ice pop mold

  • 6oz mango hard seltzer

  • 2oz vodka or tequila

  • 2 ripe yellow mangos

  • chamoy

  • tajin

Instructions:

  1. Remove skin off mango and rough chop.

  2. Place chopped mango into blender.

  3. Add hard seltzer and vodka or tequila

  4. Blend until smooth. About 1-2 minutes. Set aside.

  5. To each popsicle mold, add a squirt of chamoy and carefully rotate mold so that chamoy gets distributed evenly.

  6. Sprinkle in some tan and rotate mold.

  7. Carefully pour in mango mixture in each mold.

  8. Place into freezer for at least 8 hours or until completely frozen

  9. To enjoy, remove one popsicle and run mold under warm water for about 15 seconds, popsicle should slide right out with stick intact! YUM!
