Spam Musubi Rice Rolls

ructiWhat you’ll need:

Appetizer Servings: 4-6

  • 1 can low sodium Spam

  • 8 rice paper sheets

  • 16 seaweed snack sheets

  • 2 cups cooked rice

  • 4 tsps sriracha

  • 3 tsps soy sauce

  • 3 tsps honey

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:

  1. Start off by removing spam from can and slice evenly into 8 slices .

  2. Airfry spam in one even single layer at 400F for about 10-15 minutes or until spam has some color and has crisp edges.

  3. Make sauce while spam is air frying. by combining, sriracha, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil. Set aside.

  4. To assemble, take one rice paper at a time and soak with warm water for about 5 seconds. Lay rice paper down on a flat surface and add two seaweed snack sheets, followed by a scoop of cooked rice, then a slice of spam— gently roll and tuck.

  5. Assemble spam rice rolls on a serving plate with dipping sauce on the side— enjoy right away!

    *Quick tip— if not enjoying right away, wrap each spam rice rice in plastic wrap until ready to eat. This will keep rice roll from drying out.
