  • 1/4 cup water

  • 2 tsps sesame oil

  • 2 tsps honey

  • 2 tsps sesame seeds

  • 2-4 garlic cloves (pressed)

  • 2-4 thai chili peppers (finely minced)

  • 4 stalks green onions (chopped)

  • fresh chopped cilantro (optional)

  • seaweed snacks (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Hard boil eggs to your liking— I did 6 1/2 minutes for a medium jammy yolk. Be sure to submerge eggs into an ice bath to stop cooking process.

  2. Once all eggs are peeled, place into a large container that has a lid— set aside.

  3. Prepare marinating liquid— add soy sauce, water, sesame oil, honey, sesame seeds, pressed garlic cloves, chopped thai chilis, and chopped green onions together in large bowl. Mix well to combine.

  4. Pour liquid directly over eggs and place a paper towel on top to make sure all eggs are submerged into liquid.

  5. Place egg container mixture in fridge overnight to marinate.

  6. After at least 8 hours+ , marinated eggs are ready to enjoy!
