Peanut Butter Wings

If you’re a fan of thai flavors, this one is for you! Its sweet, its salty, and best of all, its nutty. Its like a spring roll peanut sauce meets Kung PAO chicken. Don’t knock it till you’ve tried it— trust me, you’ll be wondering where these wings were all your life.

What you’ll need:

Servings: 3

  • 2lbs chicken wings

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tsps peanut butter

  • 2 tsps hoisin sauce

  • 2 tsps sriracha

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • 2 tsps honey

  • 1 cup water

  • crushed peanuts

  • chopped green onions

Instructions:

*Make sure all protein and veggies are washed and dried

  1. Transfer chicken wings to a mixing bowl and season with onion powder, ground ginger, garlic salt, and baking powder. Mix well.

  2. Airfry chicken wings at 400F for about 20 minutes— flip halfway through cook time

*You can also bake chicken over a wired rack in a preheated oven at 375F for about 45-60 minutes— flip halfway through cooktime

  3. Prepare glaze while chicken is cooking- In a mixing bowl, add peanut butter, hoisin sauce, sriracha, honey, and soy sauce.

  4. Heat up a medium skillet pan over medium-high heat and add in peanut sauce mixture- stir for about 30 seconds or until peanut butter starts to melt. Slowly add in water and keep stirring until peanut sauce is to your desired thickness and transfer to a bowl.. (Discard any remaining water.)
