Honey Graham Overnight Oats (Breakfast Meal-Prep)

I used to hate oatmeal when I was a kid— but now that i’m older and much wiser lol— I can’t get enough… especially when they satisfy my sweet tooth and fulfill my protein goals for the day . Let me teach you how I make my favorite version that kinddaaa reminds me of smores, minus the calories !!!

What you’ll need:

Servings: 3

  • meal prep containers

  • organic oatmeal

  • almond milk

  • greek yogurt

  • vanilla extract

  • honey

  • dark chocolate

  • graham crackers

Instructions:

  1. Start off by lining up your meal-prep containers and add a 1/2 cup of organic oatmeal to each container .

    To each container:

  2. Next add in 1/2 cup of almond milk

  3. Now add in 1/2 cup greek yogurt

  4. Next add in 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  5. Mix each container well to combine

  6. Melt dark chocolate and drizzle over each container

  7. Drizzle honey over each container

  8. Crush up some graham crackers and sprinkle some over each container

  9. Cover each container with lid and place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 8 hours before serving. Overnight oats are best served cold— enjoy !
