Chili Oil Eggs and Spinach Dip

This is a fun twist on a boring breakfast omelette and is super delicious and a creative way to serve breakfast! If you try this, tag me! I love seeing your foodie photos!

What you'll need:

Servings: 1

  • bread of choice (toasted)

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 2 egg

  • aged cheddar

  • chili onion crunch

  • 1/2 avocado (sliced)

  • seaweed snacks

  • sriracha (optional)

  • salt and black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Heat up a skillet pan on medium heat and add in some olive oil or oil of choice.

  2. Add in spinach and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper— continue stir frying until spinach is about 50% wilted.

  3. Crack two eggs on top and lower heat to low.

  4. Add crumble aged cheddar, followed by some chili onion crunch oil, and continue cooking egg “sunny side up”.

  5. Once egg whites are set, turn off heat and transfer to a serving dish.

  6. Serve with toasted bread, sliced avocado, and drizzle on sriracha— ENJOY.
