Cauliflower Pizza

Okay, hear me out; Cauliflower steaks, but used as a pizza crust…. LIFE CHANGING. This is the best way to trick yourself (or your kids lol), into eating more vegetables. The airfryied cauliflower has a nice crispy outer texture and the seasonings mask any type of “veggie” flavor. This is easily a hit in my household when were craving pizza!!

What you’ll need:

Servings: 2-4

  • Whole head of cauliflower

  • olive oil

  • oregano

  • black pepper

  • salt

  • 1 cup marinara

  • fresh basil

  • shredded mozzarella

  • fresh grated parmesan

Instructions:

  1. Start of by prepping cauliflower

-Rinse, pay dry, and cut into 1-2in thick slices. (This is your pizza “crust”). Set aside.

  2. To a small bowl, pour in about 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

  3. Using a basting brush, brush each side of cauliflower “crusts”.

  4. Season all sides with oregano, black pepper, and salt.

  5. Airfry at 400F for about 10 minutes.

  6. Remove from airfryer and top with a few spoon fulls of marinara, then top with your favorite toppings!

    -I used just shredded mozzarella
