what you’ll need:

Servings: 2

  • 4-6oz dungeoness crab meat (or crab of choice)

  • 2 tsps japanese mayo

  • 2 tsps sriracha

  • 1 tsp ponzu

  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil

  • 1/2 cucumber sliced thin

  • 1 avocado sliced thin

  • furikake

  • toast of choice (I used sourdough)

Instructions:

  1. Start off by lightly toast your bread— make sure its not too toasted because you will be toasting it again later. (I air fried my toast at 330F for about 5 minutes)

  2. While bread is toasting, prep crab. Place crab into a mixing bowl and season with mayo, sriracha, ponzu, and sesame oil. Gently mix.

  3. Spread an even amount on your slightly toasted bread and place back into the airfryer at 400F for about 3-5 minutes— crab should have some color.

  4. Transfer crab toast to a serving plate and sprinkle some furikake on top, followed by thin sliced cucumber, and thin sliced avocado.

  5. Garnish with more sriracha on top and furikake— ENJOY !
