Bbq Pulled Pork Sliders

Heres a quick appetizer you can make for your next game day function— it literally takes less than 20 minutes to make and is super delicious. Most of the ingredients can be found at your local market, I used a lot of store bought goodies. I used premartinated/precooked pulled pork I got from Just Meats protein delivery service for ease and convenience! *I am an affiliate— you can use my code “AngielaEats” for a discount if you’d like to try them out. I really do love the variety and how fresh these proteins are !!

What you’ll need:

Servings: 8-12

  • 2 lbs cooked pulled pork

  • 8 oz pork au ju (comes with Just Meats)

  • sweet bbq sauce

  • pretzel buns

  • 14oz coleslaw mix (store bought)

  • mayonnaise

  • 4-6 dill pickles (sliced)

Instructions:

  1. Start off by warming up pulled pork on a skillet pan on medium-high heat. Slowly incorporate au ju and let simmer until pork is tender.

  2. Transfer pulled pork to a large bowl and shred with two forks or with your hands. Add in as much or as little bbq sauce to taste and mix well. Set aside.

  3. Toast up pretzel buns in the airfryer at 300F for about 3-5 minutes.

  4. While buns are toasting, season coleslaw with mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper . Slice dill pickles .

  5. Once buns are toasted, assemble by add some pulled pork, more bbq sauce, followed by sliced pickles, and then some coleslaw.

  6. You can choose to make all of the sliders if serving right away— or if serving later you can set up a mini pulled pork slider bar. ENJOY .
