Banana Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are a great breakfast meal prep idea! They are easy to make, quick to grab and eat, and packed with protein to keep you feeling full for hours! I love making them with different fruit and toppings. I also make mine with almond milk, but feel free to substitute with soy, coconut, or any other milk of your choice. If you like things a bit sweeter, try adding a tsp of honey! I usually make 3 jars at a time for the freshest and tastiest results!
